My name is Dominic Olvida and I am a personal fitness trainer at Push Fitness Club. 

Being a trainer now, I see how much of a horrible start I had out of the gate. I walked into the gym at the college and pretty much cafeteria styled my workouts. I would look at the equipment, pick each exercise and knock em’ out one by one. I had no structure, no goal, and no results. 

The next step was to get a certification in personal training. Why? Because I wanted to learn for myself, and take a scientific approach to body building. 

I’m continuing my studies at Queens College and am seeking a certification in nutrition. Training and being a personal trainer has greatly increased my sense of well being and appreciation for health.

Hi there! My name is Jan Lin. I’m an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Trainer. My best personality traits are my energy and friendliness. In the gym, fitness and training are my passions. I specialize in fat burning, toning, and bodybuilding. A wholesome body comes from not only weight training, but also cardiovascular activities and yoga.
