My name is Henry Au Yeung and I am a certified personal trainer. I have a Bachelor’s Science Degree from St. John’s University and a Personal Trainer Certification from International Sports Sciences Association and my CPR AED. I look at personal fitness from a sports performance point of view. As a practitioner of Kali, I always look for ways to enhance my skills. Personal fitness became a way of life and a long term commitment to help further my abilities.

Becoming a personal trainer was a natural extension of my passion for martial arts and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy helping people to become their very best and attaining their peak physical condition. I train my clients using various methods and tools such as kettle bells, free weights, Indian clubs, machines, and TRX Systems.

In addition to being a personal trainer I am a martial arts instructor under Guro Frank Ortega, American Kali Systems.


Hi my name is Jennifer Peccia. I’m an IFA certified Personal Trainer. I have a Mad Dogg Spin certification & teach advanced Total Body Aerobic classes. I am also a Physique Competitor I have been competing for 5 years in Pro-Level shows so my passion for this sport is endless. It takes a great deal of dedication, discipline and motivation to reach our goals in anything we want to accomplish in life. So now my focus is to pass this on to my clients helping them reach there fitness goals which may be for weight loss, Health reasons, Nutritionally guidance, Pre or Post Baby weight, Endurance training, Stretching techniques , Competitors or Brides to be.  As you can see my clientele is widely based but most importantly for me is to see my clients live a Happy and Healthy life and realize fitness is the beginning of everything people want in life.  Look forward to working with all my clients

My name is Jean Velarde and I have been a certified personal trainer since 2005. I have a NASM personal training certification and I am CPR and first aid certified. Over the years I have helped over a hundred people get in the best shape of their lives. My straight forward approach to nutrition and exercise has allowed me to coach a variety of clients successfully. By training so many types of people; students, athletes, parents, and seniors, I have learned how to create specialized programs that are unique to each of my clients.  I combine my education and experience as a multi-sport athlete to help people at all levels safely and efficiently reach their health and fitness goals.


My name is Michael Patterson. I am a dedicated and professional personal trainer. The majority of my life I was very overweight, unhealthy, and unhappy. One day I decided to take control and change my life. I made the decision to live healthy and found happiness with proper diet and exercise. I was able to transform into the confident, healthier, and driven person I am today. Just as I have achieved my goals, it is my passion to help others obtain theirs. I have pride in my profession and will dedicate my time to help my clients change their lives for the better. I competed in a mens physique contest in October of 2014 and I am now nationally qualified. I will be competing in a bodybuilding competition next year. Jackie Gibbs

My name is Jackie Gibbs and I am an ACE certified personal trainer, certified group instructor, and Mad Dog Spin Instructor. I have been athletic from the age of 7 and competed in softball and track through college. I also teach advanced Aerobics classes such as Total Body, Kettlebells and Bootcamp. Fitness and nutrition have been my passion for over fifteen years. I offer my clients an effective training approach which includes resistance training, compound exercises, free weights, kettlebells, circuit training, TRX and much more; conforming to each individual's goals, regardless of their level of fitness. Finally, I always inform my clients the value of a healthy nutrition plan as a part of their training regimen for the best results!
